Return Policy

At DomoHive, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns simple and transparent.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Orders placed between December 24 and January 2 can be returned within 20 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused, unworn, with original tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping & Fees

Returns are processed by mail only.

A flat rate of $25 CAD will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

**For returns originating from the United States, a flat fee of USD $18.20 will apply.**

No restocking fees apply.

To initiate a return, email us at yourstore@domohive.ca. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a downloadable return label and detailed instructions. The return address will be provided after approval.

Damages, Issues & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (opened beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to place a new order after your return has been approved and processed.

Refund Processing Time

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 days and notify you by email.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your item was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply.
